Let's hope not. RDGL should only apply for FDA approvals where odds of success are high. Criteria for STEP approval is demonstrating RadioGel is likely safer than alternative treatments. That's just a bridge too far. Demonstrating a device is safer is a completely different matter vs. effectiveness. This company has an upcoming offering to sell, which won't happen if management appears inept.
