As far as I'm concerned, the appellate court ruling, depending on what it is, will make or break this company. Everything else is chatter and noise as I, at least, am simply waiting.

The pps drop and recovery was nothing more than an MM shake and an opportunity for some to add shares.

Nothing has changed here. It doesn't matter that a group has said it believes in the company. Everything hinges on the appellate court. Until we hear from them, US Stem Cell is in a holding pattern.
