$1,607,400 sitting on "bid" at $0.0018. WHO places a $1.6M order for 893 million shares?

My guess - just a guess - is Phillip Morris. Whatever they end up paying out in the lawsuit, they receive some of it back for every share they can buy at 0018. If they buy enough shares, they can control the company and its patents and withdraw the suit.

Over in $SANP in December, the ticker sprang to life when someone ordered 2 Bn shares at 0001, a $200,000 committment to a (then) three years dead cat. That ticker recently hit 0.0348, literally 348 TIMES it's November price. That $200k order was the clue that something huge was coming.

So.. what do we make of a $1600k order? (And, I think that's a very few of huge orders.. not thousands of smaller ones.. because if it was a bunch of smalls, then some of them would be raising to $0.0019, 0.002...) I think it shows that someone big wants a billion shares.

The thing is, nobody risks one and a half million dollars for a chance to earn $200k.. over at $SANP, whoever placed the $200k order actually got about 1Bn shares filled for $100k.. and the subsequent moonshot made them $34.8 million.

I'm not selling this for $0.0018.
I'm not selling this for $0.018
I'm not selling this for $0.18.
$0.20 would be good..

This is my opinion. There are many others like it, but this
one is mine!

Seems simple, right?
