The main one I'm rooting for is Washington Federal since they question the entire conservatorship. That would mean:

No commitment fee.
No 10% dividend/interest.
No SPS.
No Liquidation Preference.
No warrants.

Fannie and Freddie would be among the best capitalized corporations in the world and in position to redeem the junior preferred and easily pay commons $5 to $10 in dividends annually.

EPIC would describe it perfectly.
