Well- there was my answer LOL :)

CDEL = dilution every single time.

CDEL helps "move shares" for people/firms unloading large chunks - like a cash raise share dump, toxic debt or dilutive not holders, etc.

They're on the OTC list of "go to firms" for dumping "institutional level" shares for companies and people they do toxic or dilutive loans/notes etc with.

AND CEO "TOMAS" never said a damn thing that any insider was FINANCIALLY BACKING THIS UP - just they "believed and support" the company blah blah blah.

It was a PR ABOUT NOTHING = worthless. IF Northstar or "insiders" were putting up coin - then the PR should have and could have stated it in PLAIN ENGLISH including the AMOUNT and PRICE PAID and what they're getting in return - such as discounted shares or whatever "the deal" is - but the PR SAID NOT SUCH THINGS !

It was "TOMAS VAGUE" IN SPADES as usual = SOP for this group !
