i agree. too many manipulators and boiler room operations out and and too many corrupt pinky ceos. the ongoing sec suspensions will definitely impact volume negatively though. will dry up a lot of the volume we have seen over the year if they continue suspending long lists of stocks each week. the last time that happened, otc saw a dry spell for several years.
