With the volume this stock has every day, I assume someone with deep pockets is putting up the huge bid wall and that same person is the one who keeps refilling the ask. There is alot of money to be made by someone flipping for .0001 I think the manipulation happens when that same person sells alot of shares at once to drop the stock price down because they make a better percent profit flipping for .0001 when the stock price is lower.
