The Current Private Placement Did Not Happen On My Watch!

My phone and Email are on active duty. I’m not going to comment on the Q or the private placement as it pertains to SeaView Corporate. Some of you may find it interesting that I only breezed over it (the Q). I have not looked at it in detail. I doubt I will.

I do have some comments about attacks, threats, and my orchestrating some wild plan.

The PP was not my idea, period. The new management will verify this.I have an option of course to purchase shares. I probably have paid the smallest amount of anyone so far.

An offering like this requires payment of real money, not credit. This area is no longer under my control. The companies SEC attorneys and management have put this together.

It is not some wild unheard of event that violates any laws. The company SEC law firm, Foley & Lardner is one of the biggest. The SEC law firm handling the ongoing communication and contact with the SEC was also involved.

The above is what I know as a participant in the PP. My tenure is over.I suggest that posters and particularly the Chairman of this thread conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Mr. Goleo, if you have solid proof of your statements and can back
them up, please do so! Otherwise keep your accusations to
yourself until you have such evidence.

I have talked with Matt, his position as of now is that I refute these unsupported accusations. I would advise Mr. Goleo and Ihub
Management that I will move legally if needed to address these
issues if they are not monitored by the stated rules.

I’m quite prepared and will not hesitate to act swiftly. You will
find that I have already done so in several instances quite successfully.
