I do know a way to turn water into wine, Dan. It is, however, quite labor intensive. It involves planting grapevines, adding water, allowing the grape plants to turn the water into the juice in grapes, stomping the grapes to remove the juice (bare feet preferred), adding yeast to ferment, then decanting into bottles. I had a friend who worked in a winery. His job was putting the corks into the bottles. His job title was "cork socker."
