Mamamane, here is the reason(s) for an R/S and the different scenarios related to that R/S. I really wouldn't worry about the R/S, actually a benefit in my opinion. To many people see R/S and right away they seem to relate the R/S with an up and coming penny stock to a big board that is about to lose their position on the big board because they're stock price is below the continued listing standard. Big board stocks that do a R/S to stay listed are typically on the way out, losing money and running out of financing. Their stock price is below listing standards so they do a R/S as a last gasp effort to stay listed and hopefully turn the ship around, most fail anyway!

This is an entirely different scenario, the R/S is not to remain listed, it's to reduce the overall number of shares! Can't remember but I believe they said this R/S would reduce the number of shares to 100 million! Think about that, Friday this stock traded 200 million plus. Look at AMC recently, they traded the entire float more than 3 times in 1 day! It's a lot easier to move the share price of a stock when there is a reduced number of shares. CHK is a good example of to many shares, losing money and then doing a R/S to try and save the company or buy time. FPFI is not a company that is in a downward spiral, they are an up and comer that wants to reduce the number of shares and for good reason.

Hang in there, pretty sure you'll be okay R/S or no R/S. I hold many shares and am not worried one bit about a R/S, actually look forward to it!

As always, good luck to all..................!
