What’s interesting is the trials have been going on long enough to have had an interim review...

“ After an interim review, by an independent Data Monitoring Committee (DMC), dosing may be extended to 5 days.”

But it’s also clear they are still recruiting patients ...

“ Patients are being treated, with recruitment and enrollment progressing at trial sites.”


...so it’s not going as quickly as some imagined. I always thought it would take a while to get patients to sign up since many will be somewhat skeptical and not want to take the risk, even though the risk is minimal since they get standard of care at minimum.
