What I really like in that reduction is that they are setting up a Share Structure for a really good size company here. Again, wiping out preferred shareholders is beautiful, NO CONVERSIONS.

IMO, we should see a pretty large company R/M'ing in here. Beautiful reduction, brings more confidence.
