As someone who owns Cytocom private shares. The Cytocom shares were reverse split 4:1 in the negotiations of the merger with CBLI to create a 1:1 merger at the price it’s trading at when the merger is complete, so I understand. So basically if I had 4,000 shares of Cytocom pre-merger talks / pre reverse split. I now would have 1,000 shares of Cytocom...
