Also, how do you explain the PMTA that the FDA granted XXII? They can actually sell their cigs - that actually happened. I think first PMTA in 10 yrs for a combustible or something. MRTP seems likely.

With PMTA alone being granted, why would this co. valuation be questionable?

I don't doubt there are a-holes that pump, but, still. Fundamentals are there?
