I understand your skepticism relating to PBLS and the current lack of transparency. You are right that there are many companies simply running a scam to the benefit of the management. I have been duped more than once........ and also have more than my share of skepticism when I see inconsistencies. On the other hand I think we have to give a bit of latitude to management to take advantage of opportunities that we are not privy. I also have seen small companies grow to because management found a niche and the timing was right. Who would have thought that a coffee shop, Starbucks, could have grown to what it is today. They also had problems when starting but....... well, you know the story.
I think we should use common sense and patience when considering the difficulties of preparing a 10k amid the rapid changes taking place in PBLS post Katerina. There are just too many indicators that PBLS is real with information available through recent acquisitions.
I will be the first to lead the torch and pitchfork brigade if PBLS is working against stockholders........ but I do not believe that is the case.
I believe the exchanges on this and the RB board would have exposed many negative inconsistencies about PBLS if they were true. PBLS management is not going to release news negative to their position unless we dig it up and make it public. They will then attempt to put out the fires. A good example is the work stoppage at the pit last year. It was not a devastating blow to PBLS but something they were trying to rectify before it affected the pps negatively. They were looking out for OUR business in my opinion.
The bottom line is that we stockholders although not privy to inside knowlwdge, are in the same boat with management.
My opinion........... We will sink or swim togather.
