the worst thing is (AND I AM SURE THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN), let's say there is positive news (NO NEWS IN 10 YEARS) ...

WOULDN'T THAT JUSTIFY AN SEC INVESTIGATION ON WHY A STOCK THAT WAS TRADING BETWEEN .000001 - .0001 FOR MANY YEARS, HAS ALL OF A SUDDEN, A FEW MONTHS BEFORE THE NEWS CAME OUT STARTED TRADING HIGHER - MUCH HIGHER ... an absolute no brainer - trading on insider information

now i said months ago, the only reason i could see for ipwg trading higher, was to be used as shell ... but over 8 billion shares ... and it got as high as .007 ... market cap of over 56,000,000 ... WAY WAY WAY TOO HIGH FOR A SHELL

so that leaves the only other obvious explanation - a pump and dump ... we're at over 80% off the highs --- THE DUMP
