100% agree with this statement. Everything else is whatever. The game plan and restructure is the meat and potatoes here. Stocks rise on future outlook. Not current filings. Filings will help but news on contracts, future expansions, revenues, goals, structure, partnerships etc... that's what will move this thing to incredible new highs.
