we shall see if status quo on the share structure—- if so, over 30% float exchanged today with an unbelievable uptick sequence.

just went backs to 2007 10k- that was before sorkin merged into ivit. so you can read about the 4 r/s’s that have occurred, 2 really large ones that wiped out long term investors, but past is past - i truly believe sorkin wants to purchase that overhanging debenture and be done with it with possibly 1-2k shares.... the death spiral that those conversions took was incredible. now with new opportunities, and all shares accounted for with dtc, and the float locked- it is time to see what is behind the curtain... i don’t think the setup after today could get any better.... see you all at a new higher base and consolidation. when we get there... drop the pr’s with good timing and who knows where we head... it is clearly all about share structure and bringing back the trust- gl
