Briboy- the guys at ex-im bank who were the 2 key guys on this are ,again direct lines,(no time for gatekeepers)- Ricardo Michel- 202-565-3903, ricardo.michel@exim.gov and a John Richter- 202-565-3916, john.richter@exim.gov, both real good guys who i beleive are more concerned with getting this drug into the hands of the people that need it than making a few points on the guarantee of the loan, because in all due respect the 9.3 is small potatoes for these guys
