Why would Leo do a major deal until full value of Brilacidin is realized?

The Alfasigma deal was only good as validation that the drug was real and someone saw value. It's good to see they have done the Brilacidin ph1 UP trial with a new formulation.

It will be good to see their results of the phII they are starting soon.

Nothing in biotech is as simple as you seem to think.

If there was such great promise then where is the partnership? Desperate unmet need for severe mucositis treatment.

Partners woulda lined right up the day after results came back if good enough data. But NO.

No deal, though? What can that mean?
