UAMA v Bitmain. A fraud?

Did UAMA et al represent they were an actual cryptocurrency miner in this litigation in the ant-trust litigation before a Florida Court?

Was that true at the time of the filing of the complaint or did it change subsequent to the filing date?

If not, it would appear that UAMA has made a fraudulent misrepresentation before the Florida Court.
