SQQQ has climbed back to where is wat trading January 8th. For most of February it was trading lower than today and briefly went into the $11's, so some people who bought in this time frame are making money since SQQQ closed at $14.70 today.

Looking ahead, I think SQQQ will trend much higher going into 2022 but its not a buy and hold, it should be traded along the way, especially with the crazy PPT intervention.
