What I am saying is that once the investment world knows that this merger is a done deal, you will have a tidalwave of money flow into this stock like you've never seen before. Some seriously big money is waiting on the sidelines. That in conjuction with a short position by the mm will drive the PPS to uncharted heights of a most explosive magnitude. The mm will be forced to cover and will drive the PPS even further to make up for their loss by making money on the spread. I imagine the PPS will have to be quite high for them to make a break even point!
If this stock isn't over a buck merger announcement day, I will be suprised. If it doesn't make it over a dollar, then I bet it will easily in the 4 days after the announcement, becuase on the 4th day after a merger agreement the SEC requires the new co. to file a 8k with 2 years of Audited Financials intact! And if the revenues are anywhere near what most of the experienced traders believe it to be, then over a buck per share would be a no brainer! Mr. TrendGreen
