Here's a very good read on why inflation is coming in a big way. The Author of this article knows his stuff and gives some great historical reasons why we should see this inflation. His comparisons to WWII are fantastic.

He also explains why the velocity of money is going to pick-up as the inflation will cause higher interest rates with that in turn increasing the velocity. I wasn't aware of that being the case.

The market is going to force the Fed's hand in this game of "chicken" and they're going to have to most likely increase their bond buying to put a tourniquet on the bleeding.
