Odds are high that Brilacidin OM phII wasn't considered a failure by FDA. One of the arms showed great promise and FDA is allowing a Brilacicin OM phIII. The point of various arms is to learn what a drug can or can't do.

The only thing that slowed it down was lack of funds... and, then, covid appeared. So, he's correct in saying it shouldn't be called a failure at this time. Let's see what the Brilacidin OM phIII does before you do so.

It's just like the human cell tissue tested at the US Biocontainment lab. It needed more time to find out results than some expected. And, it turned out positive.

That's the spirit ! More than 2 years after B OM not successful we cannot call it a failure.

Will you call B for C a success if there is no further testing? Or a deal? Or a partnership? And the drug never moves forward after this trial is done?

How many more non failures can the company live with?
