the fact that trading the stock on this volume moves the stock .10 cents up or down with such little volume . munipliates the stock. and yes people on this board has stated talked with ex ceo Doug and cfo Phil. again I state generally if a person of that caliber explains we did not get approved yet and the news comes out 2 weeks later like in dec and some sort of info was explained through email text or phone call and its proven that there was a trade between those dates of fda discussion and the ceo statement, then yes people can be prosecuted that is insider info. I state Generally again the management with UEEC is the worst I've experienced.
