Delinquent filer since 2019. Where's upside?

No underlying value here. Business has been effectively killed by mismanagement just like with long list of previous failures including, Teliphone-Navigata-Westel, TNW Networks, TNW Wireless, Inelco, etc. etc.

Take note:

- UAMA asset base totally gutted by $47M bankruptcy.
- TNW Wireless Inc. has totally failed. (no working cellular network, no revenue, no earnings)
- UAMA CEO is a convicted criminal per The Canadian Press.
- UAMA CEO has been an undischarged bankrupt for ten (10) years!
- SEC Complaints filed by Whistleblower for fraudulent public filings in 2019
- Quebec Court has ordered shut-down of crypto-currency mining.
- UAMA announced no longer mining, just renting-out facilities
- No wins after 4-5 years of patent litigation (no courts wins, no licencing agreements)
- iPCS technology totally rejected by the market, and the telecom industry.

Decay has taken hold of Investel, UAMA et al and it seems highly unlikely that anything can prevent this business from total collapse if, in fact, this hasn't already occurred.

So where's the upside?
