Bad financials have never scared people off before.

In fact, I don't ever remember seeing good financials from these guys.
Whats at stake here now is that they get current on their financials so they can uplist and remove the stop sign that stop a lot of people from buying with some brokers.

Also a lot of people are watching to see if the company is actually going to do what they say. They have a long history of making promises they don't keep. following through on this would be a great boost to their over all reputation.
