Regarding bungie...

people here have said that bungie is likely to settle or have already done so.. or is ready too.. etc..

my thoughts are that there is a settlement with bungie and its something like 3-5% of what we get from ACTV in a trial or settlement.. Didnt we see something like that from VRNG. Would make sense here with bungie.
