I am just a little nervouse about the amount of outstanding shares. Normally when a stock is this low and insiders are confident in there own company,they file a FORM 4 WITH the SEC and start buyng up shares.I do not see this, or a reverse split is comming.
I am not being negative, I am just being honest.

What is your opinion?
