One of the biggest ways in which QPRC changed its IP lawsuit strategy was not to buy a patent but a portfolio of patents for one specific technology. As the company has moved forward you can see how well that worked with CXT and M-Red.
CXT had some of the quickest settlements to date. QPRC got nailed suing retailers right before covid hit. The next suits will be even better.
