This is certainly a setback but, the story and the business plan hasn't really changed. They have two good companies’s products to draw on. Now they just have to get in gear and continue to setup the supply chain and the sales channels. It ain't easy building a new company from scratch. But, they can do it. Lucky new investors. This will be a good entry point for many, or an “add” to position for some of us. Good luck all!
