You know I can’t resist some type of reply!

When I really look at all the players I feel that George was just going for broke and hoping for the best. You recall the loan George and his buddy made right? It was also claiming patent rights and so forth while the loan was in place? That loan has past and they have received share of HDC correct? Leading from that thought says is it worth it for George to loan the company more money with knowing or not knowing the future results of the Intel lawsuit? Will he attempt to gain more shares regardless or does he feel that might be crossing the line with shareholders especially with Quirk, Bear, Moore and Vennwest in the back ground watching?

Our 10K as I see will NOT be delayed since I feel that HDC would not pull that fiasco after doing very little if anything so they can at least get that completed on time. The lawsuit they might or not just state ongoing and nothing more.

Yes sir they wasted away our patents or did they? You can look at things in this light depending upon what wattage of bulb is used? Patents weren’t worth Georges time to hit the road or whip his directors into submission to make things happen or did he?
SVM-RFE I believe it is clear to see that our so called patents have never been worth anything and us shareholder appear to be worth even less to George and his other directors at HDC.

Commercialization of anything? Yes we commercial BS and that has always been since Barnhill shuffle. I find it strange with all the top holder of this stock/company why more lawsuits haven’t been filed but may be timed with the outcome of the Intel suit. I keep thinking about Vennwest something or someone is missing in this entire scenario.

You might recall wasn’t George able to sell shares at .04 and if so has he?

So we might see more cash placed by George to keep the doors open and bankruptcy at bay as long as HDC Attorneys still have that loving feeling. In the end I just don’t think George will settle with some BS settlement and although that sounds funky coming from me I just have the feeling.

Now I haven’t a clue but wonder what ALAN feels about any possible settlement as he is very knowledgeable.
