Granted, in theory, a RS would put the PPS in the correct range they want.

But this is pinkie land, and it never works the way it's supposed to.

IN the past, companies have stated they needed a higher PPS before institutional investors would touch it. Thats usually the ploy.

again, not saying BLDV is doing an RS, just helping clearify what a RS does in PK land.

I've been thru them and they suck, especially the 30 hold on your shares after the RS
