The up-listing disaster was spring 2015... Leo filed for up-listing that January, 6 weeks later they needed to add 3 board of directors to qualify. By time they added 3 the stock price fell below 2 dollar qualifications. Mako came onboard in August 2015 with the stock price around 1.42... Has never recovered since the up-listing disaster. Leo should have never PR'd his intentions to up-list.... Of course other factors have contributed to the penny stock. Menon's departure was ugly and millions tossed at Absssi, Prurisol trials that both failed... Prurisol data, Absssi shelved for no interest to proceed.
