Texas is trying to blame green technologies...

The largest oil producing state, with the large majority of US refineries within its border. Texas produces more than 3x the oil of the next highest state, North Dakota.

A new administration promoting clean and alternative energy sources, electric vehicles making huge strides into mass market adoption.
