Hmm I see no lawsuits etc that are from disgruntled share owners or past deals gone bad. Could be something else holding this down that I do not understand of course. I see it as a public vehicle for capital. Done right everyone is happy and the worlds wheels are greased ever more. Whatever happened in the past here needs to come to terms or just let it go, new owners can fix it or pass it to others who can I am sure.
