E-mail reply from Emergence Compliance I sent a message yesterday to enquire about te custodianship process and I received this answer

Hello,

We were granted custodianship of the shell last year. Nothing has changed. We still retain guardianship and are still in process. You can check for updates on the court website which is the only place any updates will be provided
