No amount of likelihood will stop PASO/HSTA from pursuing FDA approval for their variance of rTMS (CLASS I). However, should their variance prove to not qualify for approval, it will almost certainly be "CLEARED" by the FDA (CLASS II) IMO. There is not a lack of evidence supporting TMS being CLASS II cleared.

If everyone we wanted to do something revolutionary or for "one of the first times" didn't attempt because there was a dearth in studies, we'd never move forward. This fact alone is exciting while holding a position in PASO.

PASO has already addressed the insurance aspect. They are working it.
