We can be within a 90 day NASDAQ listing.

According to 14c-2 of the Exchange Act a 20 day mailing, 60 day wait for 30 40 days above $4.00.


25 to 30 years ago, I found a company that had $12.00 in the bank for every share. They had eguipment, inventory, and lots of business
on the books. Yes, APPLE stock was selling for $11.00 a share. They
had more money sitting in the bank.
I couldn't believe it. It had to be a SCAM! OOPS!
