Newest flow floater of DL's tickers means this is the newest one up for a Custodianship Appointment from David Lazar - low floater means it has a low public float in my opinion because the SEC and OTC do not indicate a large increase of the share structure since it went dark. The gamble here is how small will the unrestricted shares be and the float upon TA verification. I posted on the company PPS before they went under and de-listed to OTC. DL has a new custodian play in Florida so that is the newest but the float looks like to be larger and it was Delinquent SEC reporting for a while with some invalids or share cut. I am sure DL will clean that up eventually before the SEC revoked the ticker.
