Wouldn't a flaw in the theory be that there is nothing stopping me(or any retail trader) from buying 911 shares to play on people's belief in the mm codes?

I'm not saying those codes don't exist, but there are some penny flippers out there who would use every trick in the bag to get action, not to mention the posibility of mm sending up false flags.

I guess if we get filings today or tomorrow we will know it was a real signal, but I wouldn't base my strategy around it
