While the O/S is about 7.5 B, the actual trading volume is much less. There are about 2 B shares held by Canadine investors that can't be traded, 700 MM shares held by the Miller estate that aren't trading and a certain amount held as certs that no broker will accept, maybe 1 B shares. My guess is that the actual trading is between 4 - 5 B shares.
