How is the market cap not qualifying for NASDAQ up-listing? “Market Value of Unrestricted Publicly Held Shares $15 million.” We have 5 Doctors on the “board”, one is worth like 60 million dollars. If THEY screw up the uplisting, i’m selling.. I’m sure they didn't initiate NASDAQ uplisting hoping to be qualified mabey in a few weeks. IE: Going all in on a flush draw......Pre-flop....
