All is good . You must have missed the billion dollar fantasy. All the debt has really been paid. Shareholders getting somewhere between .0001 and 25.00 a share plus interest on a years worth of watching dead money. Fantasy is the owners of the company have no say in it . Whatever crumbs the mystery buyer throws their way is better then nothing.
Yes thats how it works in fantasyland.
