In a broader sense nearly all penny stocks are scams. Heck, the entire Dow is in a massive bubble--I gigantic scam of sorts and it's all a zero sum game. Winners and losers. Personal profit from said losers. So it's best not to play AAGC or any other stock if you feel that way.
