Yeah Ward made that very clear to me when we chatted last. He does tend to exaggerate a bit (at least thats my opinion) but I do have a feeling that things are pretty darned bad in Mexico, and Covid has had a significant delay in our projects, but hopefully things are improving a bit like they are here, so that message is consistent.
