$NOHO a great conversation with Mr Yan. I felt really honored. He is def working on mergers acquisitions. He is 100% aware to file thru SEC to make it official heading to Nasdaq. He said he will 100% do whatever it takes to go for Nasdaq. I believe with no RS. So, I will hold!
