Helio management/investors already own majority of the CYIO OS per CYIO financial disclosure. They merge one company they own (Helio) into another company (CYIO) they own as well per financial disclosure. There is no need to issue a lot of shares. Besides if they issue a ton of common CYIO shares = they dilute themselves as they own a ton of CYIO shares (Big Helio investor would be pissed too!)!!! Check CYIO's financial disclosure for % ownership and who owns what!
