I went out to my car to get some change out of the console last night (needed some change for a coke at work:)..

and there it was..

I am not a coin collector.. but I have never seen anything like this..

did some research last night on the internet.. and apparently sometimes the nickel layer doesn't "take" during the minting process and it reveals the copper underneath:)..

Usually its very uneven, not as symmetrical as this coin.. where the "copper" is basically outlining "Washington's" face.

As soon as I can figure out the crop feature on IHUB.. I think I'm going to use this as my profile pic:)
